Executive Assistant to the Executive Director
The Telethon Kids Institute is looking for an Executive Assistant with exceptional skills and a strong attention to detail to provide high level executive support to the Institute's Executive Director, Professor Jonathan Carapetis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in an Executive Assistant role
- The ability to anticipate needs and provide pro-active support for all the Executive Director's commitments
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to show initiative and creativity in problem solving
- The ability to manage a large and varied workload and maintain motivation under pressure
- A demonstrated ability to manage a complex diary schedule with extensive meeting and travel commitments
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Extensive travel management experience
- Advanced organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Secretariat experience supporting high level committees
