Leadership & Organisational Development Business Partner
The Leadership & Organisational Development Business Partner is dedicated to supporting the development and delivery of strategic organisational development projects in line with Institute objectives. Supporting the Manager, Leadership & Organisational Development, the role will be responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering leadership, training and development projects, including coaching and team development, mentoring, work experience and career development programs, gender and equity programs, survey and training analyses, and initiatives aimed at supporting the students based at Telethon Kids. The position will be part of the People & Culture team and will play a vital role in supporting the Institute's ongoing commitment to the growth and development of all staff as we look to move into the new Perth Children's Hospital in 2018.
The role will:
- Manage and provide support to undertake organisational development projects;
- Support the development of key leadership programs (Leading with Purpose, Emerging Leaders);
- Develop and deliver workshops aimed at building staff capacity;
- Coach, mentor and develop staff and students;
- Contribute to career development and mentoring programs;
- Support the Institute's student program;
- Work across the team to develop and deliver key projects;
- Partner with leaders and managers to identify training and development needs;
- Assist with managing student and staff databases.
