Manager Corporate Governance
Are you looking to make a real difference and have a passion for ensuring good corporate governance?
The new role of Manager Corporate Governance will be responsible for managing a wide variety of corporate governance requirements at Telethon Kids Institute. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Governance and Strategy; Company Secretary, the role will also help to support the Board and ensure broader corporate governance requirements are in place and well-managed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- post graduate qualifications in corporate governance and a sound knowledge of good corporate governance principles;
- excellent organisational and time management skills;
- excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills;
- demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems;
- knowledge and experience with managing governance frameworks such as risk, policy and compliance;
- demonstrated experience with high level secretariat and reporting at Board level (or equivalent);
- experience with policy development and managing a variety of projects;
- exposure to strategic planning within large organisations.
