Payroll Coordinator
The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of payroll activities in an accurate and timely manner. This role process and/or check new employees, changes in hours, changes in salary, terminations, manage general inquiries and prepare manual long service leave calculations and adhoc calculations as requested.
The Payroll Coordinator will also be responsible for managing Salary packaging, Superannuation, End of Year process and month end reports.
The successful candidate will:
- Possess extensive payroll experience in a comparable role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Have excellent people skills
- Have accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Be organised and have excellent time management skills
- Be self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously and as a Team Player
- Be experienced in Excel and major software packages
This is a Fixed term position for 3 years with the possibility of extension and Part time (0.8 FTE) with flexibility. Remuneration includes access to generous salary packaging.
The successful candidate will need to provide a current National Police Check before commencement.
