Onboarding & Projects Business Partner
The On-Boarding and Projects Business Partner is dedicated to supporting and building effective relationships with managers and employees to deliver improved recruitment and onboarding practices. The role will work with the Manager, Recruitment and On-boarding and Recruitment and Onboarding Business Partner to support numerous projects including the development and implementation of our new technology to support Recruitment, Onboarding and Learning deliverables.
Your key responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of recruitment, selection and onboarding that are aligned with Institute requirements and which utilise processes and practices that are effective, efficient and make best use of current technology.
- Building strong internal stakeholder relationships to understand hiring needs as well as support line managers through the interview process, providing coaching and support where necessary to ensure the delivery of consistent recruitment, selection, immigration and onboarding practices across the Institute including sitting on and managing selection panels.
- Work across teams to ensure the smooth transition of the move to the Institute's new research facility at Perth Children's Hospital.
- Conduct and complete day to day operational activities such as contract negotiations, strategic recruitment, inductions, training and other project activities.
- Promote improved recruitment and onboarding practices across the Institute in line with best practice and support employees as Managers in their training and development in this area.
- Build relationships across the organisation to help Manage and coordinate people projects with the overall outcome of producing timely and effective outputs.
- Design and deliver high quality staff training and coaching.
About You
You are likely an experienced HR Business Partner, looking for a new challenge or an experienced HR Advisor looking for a step up, who has passion, energy and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
