Senior Payroll Officer
- Have excellent people skills
- Part time 0.6 FTE with flexibility
- 12 months fixed term with a strong possibility of being permanent
Reporting to the Human Resource Information Systems(HRIMS) Manager, the Senior Payroll Officer will be responsible for the management of end to end fortnightly processing in an accurate and timely manner. In addition to the payroll function, the role will also be responsible for Superannuation, Salary Packaging and Systems Administration and Improvement.
The successful candidate will:
- Possess minimum 3 years of extensive payroll experience in a comparable role
- Have excellent people skills
- Have accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Have knowledge of superannuation and taxation legislations
- Be organized and have time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and also be part of a team
- Be experienced in the use of major software packages
- Empower experience highly desirable
