Interactive Data Workshop

NUMBERS ARE LIMITED SO GET IN QUICK!

Facilitated by Prof. Jianguo (Jeff) Xia, Canada Research Chair in Bioinformatics and Big Data Analytics, McGill University, this full day workshop will consist of a mixture of theory, demonstrations, and hands-on analysis. Topics to be covered include;

• metabolomics,
• data visualisation,
• multi-omics integration,
• microbiome, and
• RNA-seq analysis.
